**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborating with internal teams to understand their design needs.
- Creating wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
- Designing and developing responsive websites, graphics, and print materials that are optimized for different devices and browsers.
- Implementing design elements using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Optimizing websites for search engines and accessibility.
- Designing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and packaging.
- Staying up to date with the latest web design and graphic design trends and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Strong portfolio of web design and graphic design work.
- Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe InDesign.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Native German speaker.
- Fluent in English.
- Located in Munich.
