**About the role**

As the **Graphic Designer** for Futurice you will be part of our Global Marketing, Brand and Communications Team. You will iterate and improve the visual language across all our touchpoints to ensure our design follows our brand guidelines.

This means, you will create a variety of designs for different digital and physical touchpoints, e.g. website assets, marketing materials, social media ads, presentation decks, trade booth designs, printed leaflets. You have the skills and an eye for visual quality, designing both digital and printed materials from start to finish. You understand the importance of a brand and find it important to follow brand guidelines. You will work with colleagues around Europe and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

As a team member and a designer, you like to take ownership and have the creative urge to create and transform ideas into visually compelling stories for all types of marketing materials. You enjoy creating accessible design for website assets ensuring quality across browsers and devices. You can keep your cool when there are million opinions, tasks and stakeholders to handle and still enjoy supporting when someone asks for brand guidance. You get excited from new content types and burst with design ideas for them, always keeping a tight eye on the brand continuity.

**This role is for you, if**
- You have minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design
- You have a strong eye for detail and love to translate vision into action - on website, social media, event and communication design
- You work with Adobe CC and are maybe familiar with Figma, Canva or Frontify
- You are an excellent communicator and have good teamwork skills
- You have excellent skills in documentation, time management and prioritization, and love to think outside of the box
- You are fluent in English and have a roll-up-the-sleeves attitude

**Nice-to-have**:

- Experience in motion design or photography
- Experience with booth and fair design
- Experience with Google Slides

This position can be filled in our locations in Helsinki, Stockholm, Munich or Berlin.
