**Summary**

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer (M/F/x) to join our global marketing department. As part of the Commercial Communications team, you will collaborate closely with Content creators, the Go-To-Market organization, the Management team, and the Product Design team. In this key role, you'll significantly influence how Enterprise partners and customers perceive our brand, ensuring it resonates consistently with our target audience.

You'll harness your creativity to produce industry-leading visual assets. Your daily responsibilities will include creating visually compelling and effective marketing materials, such as digital and print assets, social media graphics, brand templates, promotional content, and sales enablement materials.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Create world-class design solutions for Userlane marketing and go-to-market strategies, focusing on creative direction, communications, digital, print, events, and experiential design projects.
- Create design solutions for various touchpoints from sell-in to sell-out, internal and consumer-facing, that deliver an impactful and authentic brand look and feel.
- Produce eye-catching, brand-aligned designs for marketing and sales materials, including brochures, flyers, infographics, social media graphics, print, event design, and presentations, and oversee their production.
- Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the company’s brand design, particularly regarding visual style guides and graphic elements.
- Partner with product designers to ensure holistic storytelling and brand look and feel seamlessly integrated within the organization.
- Lead collaboration with agencies and/or freelancers to bring on board specialized expertise for other design projects and to scale the workload, ensuring successful and high-quality delivery.
- Effectively present and communicate design solutions, persuasively sharing ideas with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-manage your creative process, adhering to established design languages and deadlines. Identify and propose opportunities for improvement and new projects.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven background (with portfolio) in Graphic Design or similar roles, with experience in teaming up with marketing departments, ideally in B2B SaaS or Tech sectors.
- Proficiency in using Adobe Suite and FigmaA robust portfolio displaying powerful visual design work across various projects, demonstrating effective use of brand guidelines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with the support of external agencies/freelancers.
- Previous experience in converting brand guidelines into visual brand representations across various platforms.
- Desirable (not mandatory): motion design, video editing, and UI design skills.
