**Junior Finance and People Assistant Role at SOFTGAMES**:
SOFTGAMES is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a **Junior Finance and People Assistant** professional. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our finance and people functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our administration team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with financial record keeping, including accounts payable and receivable
- Support the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Keep the office organized, managing supplies and maintenance requests
- Support the People team with all employee related tasks from administration to sending out gift boxes
- Help organize employee team events and coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
- Take care of incoming and outgoing mail and packages

**Your profile**:

- Team player with affinity to numbers and strong will to learn and adapt both on the finance as well as the people & office side
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of German language (min. C1)
- Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite is a plus
- Previous experience in finance or office administration is a plus
