After years of research and development, we launched our first product line in January 2020 and were overwhelmed by the success of our milk alternative. Today, we sell not only milk alternatives but also ready-to-drinks and yogurt alternatives in an increasing number of supermarkets, drugstores, cafes, and many other retail outlets. As our finances have become more complex with our growth, we need you to take them to a new level Aufgaben - Create B2B invoices in close coordination with the operations team. Ensure that each delivery note has a correct invoice and coordinate with the operations and sales teams to ensure accurate master data. - Ensure that our factoring process runs smoothly and reliably by uploading invoices and resolving any open questions. - Manage the dunning process by reconciling overdue invoices with incoming payments and sending reminders. - Help us minimize missing documents by requesting receipts from creditors, collaborating with your team colleagues, and leaving no stone unturned to obtain proof for each payment. Qualifikation - You have completed vocational training, including a passion for the topic of finance Plus, you have 2-3 years of relevant experience (finance assistant or similar), optionally from a smaller, fast-growing company. - Alternatively, you want to kick off your career as a Junior Finance Operations Manager - You speak German on at least a business fluent level, ideally on a native speaker level. - You are conscientious, reliable, and like to learn new systems quickly. - You are eager to learn and curious.
