We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior Product Owner** with expertise in **Entity Resolution** and **Network Analytics** who wants to build out the next level of **FinCrime monitoring** driven by the power of networks.

They will act as the cornerstone when it comes to translating between our customers, customer-facing teams as well as internal stakeholders and the development organization and should bring their passion for the customer to advocate conversion while maximizing market success as measured in ARR.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and refine the Company’s product strategy for our Entity Risk Detection module, which is resolving data inconsistencies and analyzing complex networks by leveraging advanced entity resolution algorithms, data matching techniques, and network analytics methodologies.
- Define roadmap and backlogs leading into sprints considering our go-to-market strategy and competitive positioning.
- Work together with data scientists and engineers to produce market-leading functionality as it pertains to Compliance requirements, the best usability, and uncompromised quality
- Prioritize roadmap planning in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and Customers
- Articulate product updates to customers and customer-facing teams
- Actively contribute to the development of Marketing content generation, documentation for Sales, Solution Consulting, and Customers
- Monitor and analyze delivered features/functions and optimize where needed

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in entity resolution or network analytics products.
- Deep expertise in entity resolution techniques, including but not limited to fuzzy matching, machine learning-based matching, data deduplication, and identity resolution.
- Understanding of graph theory, network analytics, and graph databases (e.g., Neo4j, JanusGraph) for detecting, analyzing, and visualizing relationships between entities.
- Experience with network analysis tools and algorithms for identifying patterns, fraud detection, link prediction, and community detection within complex data sets.
- Proficiency in AI/ML methodologies and models for automating and optimizing data matching and entity disambiguation.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, the willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
- Ability to quickly grasp and explain technological and business concepts
- Independent decisive self-starter with the ability to take the initiative and balance multiple priorities with mínimal direction
- Outstanding communication, presentation, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform effectively in a highly dynamic work environment
- Multilingual capabilities (German, Spanish, French etc.) are a plus
