Stratosphere Games is an AAA mobile game developer based in Berlin, Germany, looking for Marketing Artist to support our Art Team with upcoming projects.

As Marketing Artist, you will be the central person for the creation of player-facing material and marketing assets aligned with our product vision. You will be responsible for creating high-quality visuals, animated/moving and static, for worldwide usage, online and offline. Additionally, you are actively shaping our public perception with your work on studio-representing assets.

With your knowledge of audience behavior and experience in delivering assets for marketing and sales, you'll take ownership of driving our efforts forward.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all created assets reach the required quality level and are in coherence with the game's artistic direction and visual identity.
- Produce all required assets for marketing campaigns and communication/sales plans (video, website, social media, screenshots, key art, logo, PR, community, etc).
- Anticipate the publishing team's needs in the project and proactively streamline productivity
- Create video assets for marketing trailers, and community videos and support our streaming efforts
- Guide external vendors for more complex asset productions and coordinate with freelance marketing personnel
- Collaborate closely with the game artists to ensure that the publishing assets are consistent with the game

**Required skills**:

- Experience working with the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Indesign for static images and Premiere and After Effects for motion graphics
- Advanced skills in Premiere Pro / Photoshop and other motion design software (eg After Effects / Animate)
- Knowledge in 3D software (Blender preferred, or 3Ds MAX / Maya/ etc)
- You are creative and a fast-learner
- You have strong marketing skills
- Expert in visual communication, you know how to transform more complex messaging into easy-to-understand visual solutions
- Experiences with the Unity Engine, especially staging for video-capturing purposes
- High levels of creativity, and demonstrated ability to generate innovative designs
- Great understanding and use of composition and color theory, and have good knowledge of graphic/visual/stylistic trends in art, film, and games.
- Team spirit and self-starter attitude
