Mandarin Speaking Intern Service Design

**What you will do at HYVE**:
- Work on versatile and exciting projects for large known brands, or SMEs and start-ups (usually our interns participate in 1-3 projects during a 6-months internship)
- Practice user research methods and service design
- Support the team with exploration of innovative topics and development of new offerings for HYVE
**What you should bring along**:
- Currently pursuing a university degree in consumer science, service design, UX design, innovation management, entrepreneurship or similar
- Motivation to work in a team and contribute to user research, service design, and/or innovation strategy projects
- Excitement about learning and taking responsibility over specific project tasks and delivering them with a high standards of quality
- Strong analytical & presentation skills; ability to make conclusions based on the data and deliver your message in clear and engaging way (for example, by preparing appealing and informative PowerPoint slides)
- Advanced knowledge of Power Point
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (native or B2-C1 level); German language skills are a plus

- Interest in innovation and design for sustainability
- Experience with visualization and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
