Job Intro

As part of our operations team, you support us with various tasks in our day-to-day business. Amongst others, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various financial tasks and assist the finance team with day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for students seeking to develop their financial skills and knowledge while studying.

Requirements and Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of financial budgets and forecasts and monitoring expenses.
- Support the preparation of documentation for tax advisors and auditors.
- Reconcile transactions and track invoices.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for management.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to finance, and provide relevant updates to the team.
- Support the team wherever help is needed.

**Requirements**:

- You are service-minded with a strong hands-on mentality and analytical skills.
- You have advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- You have a structured working method to keep track of the individual processes as well as the bigger picture.
- You have a keen interest in making sure that processes run smoothly.
- You are to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- You can communicate effectively.
- You have excellent attention to detail.

**Skills**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- Experience in working in a similar role, ideally in a dynamic startup environment, is a plus.
- Outstanding communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- A high level of fluency in both written and spoken English, other languages are a plus.
