Your Role
- You are responsible for the continuous improvement of process quality in all areas of the company
- This includes the performance of internal and external audits as well as the associated reporting and monitoring of activities
- You act as a competent contact person for all topics concerning quality management and quality assurance
- You collaborate closely with our Security Council (Cyber & Information Security)
- You proactively participate in all FMEA processes
- You organize and conduct regular in-house trainings and workshops to strengthen quality management and methodological competencies in the company

Your Skills
- Completed degree in a technical field or a comparable qualification
- Qualification for QM representative and Internal System and Process Auditor (ISO 9001)
- Several years of professional experience in the field of (automotive) quality management
- Ideally experience with other management systems (IATF 16949)
- Process experience in production processes as well as experience with electronics and software development processes
- Good MS Office skills and knowledge of quality methods
- Six Sigma
- 8D
- Ishikawa
- Etc.
- You are a strong communicator - in German as well as in English - and easily approach stakeholders necessary to achieve goals
- You drive things forward: you not only set goals, but also actively contribute to their implementation
- High customer orientatioen (to internal and external customers)
