**Your Role**
In line with the Evolution of the Corporate Finance function, the Finance Business Partner (FBP) organization is being set up to drive value creation as a trusted partner for the Business to deliver Symrise strategic goals and dynamic performance management.

The Finance Business Partner for Taste, Nutrition & Health will combine Finance expertise and business knowledge to partner on business decision making and negotiations in the areas of Commercial, Operations Excellence, as well as capital optimization and innovation. Besides, the Finance Business Partner actively manages business data and process flow and provides analytics to support commercial steering and strategic activities. Partnering with key stakeholders of the Taste, Nutrition & Health Global Key Accounts organization to maximize financial potential of GKA accounts, your main responsibility will include:

- Support development of Global Umbrella & Individual Account Strategy, Commercial negotiations and evaluating key business cases/ Big Best/opportunities/risks
- Financial planning - 3-year business Plan, Budget & Forecasting
- Contribution to enhance GKA Performance - Full Profitability, WOC efficiency & Others (e.g., nonfinancial indicators like pipeline)
- GKA Contracting E2E process which includes the following
1. Business case justification with a comprehensive view of the financial implications including working capital and optimized payment arrangements
2. Approval protocol and stakeholder communication
3. Contract review with legal contract execution including core list allocations, rebates structures and monitoring, working closely with Finance Operations and Tax departments
4. Monitoring of financial obligations (e.g., Core list, Rebates, Productivity, etc.)
- Active management of GKA classification, data & process flow

**About You**
- Finance professional with at least 8 years of professional working experience within a complex global organization
- Relevant experience in a Commercial business environment is preferred in an industry with manufacturing operations
Working knowledge of commercial contracting is preferred
- Proven experience effectively managing and influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Working experience with IT tools, such as BI / Visualization software
- Proficiency using Microsoft Tools like MS Excel (including advanced functions) and PowerPoint is required
- Proven global exposure and culture awareness
- Strong sense of ownership with a positive “can do” attitude
- Independent and collaborative working style; strong time-management and organizational skills with ability to objectively prioritize
- Excellent analytical and project management skills, including developing business cases, forecasting, sensitivity analysis, effective data visualization
- Strong attention to detail and quality control with demonstrated ability to quickly spot issues or errors
- Strong time-management and organizational skills with ability to objectively prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop compelling storylines, to highlight take-aways, and to lead meetings with senior business partners
- Full professional proficiency in English, both verbal and written
