Symrise is seeking a talented individual to join our Center of Excellence (CoE) Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Partner for Germany and the wider EAME region. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving employer branding initiatives. **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Recruitment**: Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Regional HR Business Partners to understand business needs, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for permanent positions.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop strong relationships with Hiring Managers to align recruitment strategies with business goals, providing coaching and training as needed.
- **Recruitment Marketing**: Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives, promoting Symrise as an employer of choice and contributing to diversity and inclusion efforts.
- **Global Mobility & Offer Process**: Collaborate with HR Services and Global Mobility on international hires, draft and review employment agreements, negotiate terms of employment, and deliver offers of employment.
**About you**
We're seeking a **dynamic individual** with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with several years' experience in sourcing and recruiting top talent.
Your expertise in **full-cycle recruiting**, especially in filling challenging positions or senior leadership roles, sets you apart. You're not just familiar with **sourcing techniques** like LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search - you excel at them
But** **it's not just about skills...** - your interpersonal finesse and communication prowess make you a standout collaborator. Fluent in both English and German, you bring a global perspective to our team.
In this role, **you'll be more than a recruiter** - you'll be a strategic partner, driving recruitment initiatives that align perfectly with our organizational vision and goals.
