For more than 20 years, JetBrains has been spearheading, developing, and supporting various offline educational projects and programs aimed at enhancing the education sector. Our focus areas are in data analysis, modern computer science, and software development. Our educational initiatives require the coordination of multiple parts, the organization of events, and the support of contacts in the education environment.

We are currently looking for an Education Program Coordinator with a technical background and strong soft skills to work with students and teachers across our various educational initiatives, including higher degree programs.

As the Education Program Coordinator, you will:

- Provide guidance and support to students, alumni, and applicants.
- Conduct research and analysis on emerging trends in education and incorporate them into existing programs.
- Develop and manage budgets for various educational programs and projects.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of educational initiatives to measure their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate instructional processes and foster relationships with partner universities and organizations.
- Collaborate with teams responsible for public relations, events, marketing, and internships.
- Handle document management and other administrative tasks.

We will be happy to have you on our team if you have:

- Strong English communication skills, both written and oral.
- Technical background, without necessarily having completed a degree.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.
- Excellent project coordination skills for managing projects from inception to completion and evaluation.
- Ability to manage and track multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills such as negotiation, persuasion, flexibility, and problem-solving.
