**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated **Training Coordinator** to support the Brainlab Academy team.

The Brainlab Academy is an educational program that offers comprehensive, in-person and digital training courses designed to support customers in achieving full proficiency with Brainlab radiotherapy products.

In this role your core responsibility will be the event organization of the Brainlab Academy classroom courses in Munich as well as onsite courses at reference hospitals in different countries.

This position is located in the Brainlab headquarters in Munich.

Your tasks include:

- Organization of internal and external training events from scheduling to the coordination of the actual event to evaluation and follow up
- Responsibility for all logístical details: travel, accommodation, classroom arrangements and social events
- Monitoring of program registration/attendance and generation of comprehensive reports
- Coordination of overall event branding in close collaboration with the Brand & Design team
- Development and production of templates, letters, forms, certificates etc.
- Project management tracking for program activities relevant to compliance, logistics, budget, cost efficiency and general customer engagement
- Initiate communication measures (internal and external) in close cooperation with the Communication & PR department, incl. press, social media, etc

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor´s degree or apprenticeship in event management, hotel management or similar
- First experience in the area of event management for training programs/ classroom courses would be an advantage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German.
- Experience with MS Office
- Talent for organizational tasks
- Proactive, customer-oriented and enthusiastic approach to interacting with international participants
- Excellent social, teamwork and self-management skills
- Willingness to travel (max. 10% of time)
