Der Bereich HR Performance & Reward (P&R) verantwortet eine Vielzahl an spannenden Initiativen aus den Bereichen Performance und Vergütung, insbesondere das Vorantreiben von strategischen Projekten zur Verbesserung unseres Vergütungsrahmenwerks, zum Management und zur Steuerung der Vergütungskosten und zur Stärkung der Verbindung zwischen individueller Leistung und Vergütungsergebnissen.
- Im Bereich Performance & Reward wirst Du Teil eines globalen Teams sein, welches gemeinsam an einem Ziel arbeitet: Die erfolgreiche Leitung und Umsetzung der strategischen Projekte und Initiativen von HR Performance & Reward (P&R). Unser Team deckt eine Vielzahl von Change-Projekten ab, die von regulatorischen oder konzeptionellen bis hin zu analytischen und technologischen Fragestellungen reichen und die strategischen Ziele der Bank unterstützen.
**Deine Herausforderung im Detail**
- Du unterstützt in der Gestaltung, dem Stakeholder Engagement und der Einführung strategischer Change-Initiativen im Bereich Performance & Reward (P&R), einschließlich der Neugestaltung von Rahmenwerken und Richtlinien, Prozessoptimierungen sowie dem Einsatz neuer Technologien und Trainingsinitiativen
- Du arbeitest mit den P&R Experten-Teams und weiteren internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammen, um die Themen des P&R Change Book of Works inhaltlich und/oder projektmanagement-seitig voranzutreiben
- Du unterstützt die Vorbereitung von Meetings und Erstellung von Präsentationen für das Senior Management
- Du förderst und beteiligst Dich am Einsatz von agilen Methoden und Tools und trägst damit zur agilen HR-Strategie bei
- Du nimmst aktiv an der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung des P&R Change-Teams teil
**Deine Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen**
- Hochschulabschluss oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung sowie erste Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Human Resources
- Sehr gute konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Stark ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie Fähigkeit in internationalen, virtuellen Teams zu arbeiten
- Erfahrung im Projekt
- und Stakeholdermanagement, um in kollaborativen und produktiven Partnerschaften diverse Stakeholder bei der Umsetzung ihrer Veränderungsziele zu unterstützen
- Erfahrungen im Erstellen von Briefings und Präsentationen für das Senior Management und in der Handhabe von großen Datenmengen sowie deren Überführen in aussagekräftiges Reporting, um Management-Entscheidungen zu unterstützen
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (da die Kommunikation zu großen Teilen in englischer Sprache erfolgt) sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse und Interesse in Bezug auf agiles Arbeiten und Umgang mit neuen Technologien

HR Performance & Reward (P&R) is responsible for a variety of exciting performance and compensation-related initiatives, in particular driving strategic projects to improve our compensation framework, manage and control compensation costs, and strengthen the link between individual performance and compensation outcomes.
As a global team, we are performing a critical role in driving and delivering the book of work and strategic change agenda of HR Performance & Reward. Our team covers a diverse set of change programmes, ranging from regulatory or conceptual topics through to analytical or technology initiatives supporting the bank's strategic objectives.
**Key areas of responsibility**
- Performance & Reward (P&R) including policy and frameworks re-design, process re-engineering, technology and training
- Collaborating with P&R expert teams and other internal and external stakeholders to provide content and/or project management support for the topics covered in the P&R Change book of work
- Supporting in the preparation of meetings and creation of materials for Senior Management
- Facilitating the use of Agile tools and techniques, thereby contributing to the Agile journey of HR
- Actively participating in the ongoing development and evolution of the P&R Change team
**Skills and experience**
- Educated to Bachelor's degree level or equivalent qualification/relevant work experience
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as a structured, solution-oriented work approach
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in international, virtual teams
- Experience in project and stakeholder management, working in collaborative and productive partnerships with various stakeholders to support them in achieving their change goals
