Stellenbeschreibung
- Du agierst als People Lead und EPIC Owner für SW Development Network Communication verteilt auf 3 Teams mit insgesamt 24 Embedded Softwareentwickler:innen in einem neu auszurichtenden agilen Organisations-Setup für Bussysteme CAN, FlexRay, Ethernet sowie COM-Services und arbeitest in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren internationalen Partnern (vorwiegend in Indien)
- Für die Entwicklung von AUTOSAR Classic Kommunikationslösungen auf modernen und komplexen µC- und µP-Architekturen bist Du verantwortlich
- Darüber hinaus coachst und begleitest Du Deine Mitarbeiter:innen in ihrer Persönlichkeitsentwicklung sowie fachlich und methodisch von der Anforderungsentwicklung über Design und Implementierung bis hin zu Integration und Test der entwickelten Software
- Zu Deinem Verantwortungsbereich gehört zudem die Beteiligung an der Wirtschaftsplanung
- Dabei arbeitest du unter anderem mit dem Plattformprojekt, der Solution Organisation und den weltweit aufgestellten Hub-Teams zusammen

Qualifikationen
- Dein Ingenieursstudium mit Schwerpunkt Software, Informatik, gerne auch in Richtung Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar, hast du erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Embedded SW Entwicklung und/oder DevOps-Lösungen in einer Cloud-Umgebung (Azure, GitHub), beherrschst mehrere Programmiersprachen sicher (C und Scriptsprachen), und konntest schon umfassende Führungserfahrung sammeln
- Idealerweise besitzt Du ein gutes Netzwerk innerhalb von Bosch zu Ansprechpartnern im Bereich Automotive Networkkommunikation
- Dank Deines Wissensdurst interessierst Du Dich für die neuesten Software Entwicklungstools und verfolgst intensiv, was im Bereich SW-Engineering Methodik (Classic,Safe) DevOps und CI/CX im Trend liegt
- Lösungsorientiertes Handeln, Überzeugungsfähigkeit, sicheres Auftreten sowie eine analytische, strukturierte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise in einem internationalen Umfeld stellen für Dich keine Herausforderung dar
- Mit deiner Begeisterung möchtest Du gerne Dinge verbessern und manuelle Tätigkeiten automatisieren. Du hast Spaß daran, neue Programme und Tools auszuprobieren, die uns im täglichen SW Engineering das Leben erleichtern können
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab
