Do you have a relevant experience in stock management in luxury Retail?

Do you know how to involve colleagues or stakeholders in decisions that affect the scope of their job?

Can you make thoughtful decisions to fix issues that require immediate attention?

Do you have a sense of service and a passion for continuous improvement?

You like collaborate with others to enhance work processes, tools and governance

Are you methodical, proactive and endowed with a great sense of organization?

You act to guarantee that work is realized on time and at expected quality

You appreciate spending time in boutiques to understand operations

This position requires to speak English fluent

**What do we expect from you?**

On daily basis you will focus on:
Roll-out projects at local level / train boutique teams on new tools & processes

Manage orders of Boutique tools, VM tools and vendor creation / follow-up invoicing.

Support Retail Manager in creating a positive boutique environment.

Organize VM trainings and communicate VM golden rules.

Ensure Maison’s & Group’s procedures are properly shared, known, implemented by the boutiques.

Participate in audit processes & follow resulting action plans.

This position, based in Munich and report to the German Retail Manager.
