**We are looking for new colleagues who share our dream**: a healthcare system where patients are the center of attention. At Qunomedical, we help clinics and hospitals over-deliver with great digital patient journeys. And we help patients directly by supporting them before, during and after their treatment.
As a CRM Tech, you are a part of the Marketing team, consisting of Paid Marketing specialists, CRM, SEO, content and design. We provide relevant information throughout the journey and inspire people with options they did not know they had. Whether it’s higher quality care, lower cost or faster appointments, this position is based in Berlin, but you can work remotely from anywhere in Germany.
\_\_What will keep you challenged?\_\_
Build customized patient journeys in SFMC through combined expertise in database management and data extensions
- Manage the connection between Sales and Marketing Cloud
- Creation of dynamic blocks and personalization of content
- Creation of Data Extensions, filters and measures
- Creation of Automation Studio activities
Working closely with other teams (Sales, Tech, Product)
- Analysis of current results, identifying gaps to be bridged
- Test & Implement new triggers, communication
- Create Implementation Roadmap for Customer Journey related projects
- Presenting and discussing results of tested scenarios
Which traits contribute to your success?
- Knowledge of AMPscript, SQL and HTML
- Understanding of Customer Journey design and how different points contribute to the overall success
- Ability to present ideas and get engagement from other team members
- Excellent English language skills
