Agile Coach

Dentolo is one of the fastest-growing insurance scale-ups in Europe. As an Agile Coach joining our insurtech company, you would play a critical role in guiding the company's agile transformation and facilitating the adoption of agile practices across different teams.

**Your role in a team**:

- You are a facilitator for our product managers and software engineers.
- You observe, evaluate and continuously develop our agile processes, including the collaboration of our cross-functional teams in the direction of customer centricity and delivery velocity.
- You support the Product & Engineering Heads in agile planning and in translating strategic goals into a lean roadmap easily consumable by operational colleagues.
- You develop and conduct trainings aimed towards providing our employees with deeper knowledge and improved skills around the topic of agile work.

**What you need to be successful**:

- You are familiar with scaled agile frameworks and have already accompanied introducing or evangelizing agile methods and practices in an organization.
- You have several years of professional experience in a role that focuses on supporting agile organizations/teams, preferably through consulting.
- You know agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban inside out. You are familiar with the principles and methods of frameworks such as Design Thinking and Lean Start-up.
- You are confident in workshop design and facilitation, also in a virtual space.
- With curiosity and courage, you drive topics forward autonomously and inspire others to change with your ideas.
- You recognise conflicts early on and act as a moderator.
- As a team player, you value proactive communication and improving together.
- Your empathy and self-reflection help you to communicate effectively with colleagues and to learn continuously
- You are fluent in written and spoken English (German is a big plus)
- You are located in Germany, ideally in Berlin.
