Du hast Spaß daran, operative IT-Produkte in der Logistik-Branche weiterzuentwickeln und den Usern eine hervorragende Customer Experience zu bieten? Du hast ebenfalls Erfahrungen in der Aufgabe des Product Owners (m/w/d) in einem agilen Team?

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Als zentrale Ansprechperson unterstützt Du das Team und die Fachbereiche bei allen Fragen zu den operativen Services und die agile Softwareentwicklung.
In enger Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen führst Du Anforderungsanalysen durch und erarbeitest innovative Lösungskonzepte.
Du verantwortest die Priorisierung des Product Backlogs und definierst die User Stories, planst den Kapazitätsbedarf für die Umsetzung im Team, begleitest den Scrum-Prozess und nimmst Entwicklungsergebnisse ab.

**Deine Qualifikation**:

- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches oder technisches Studium (z. B. Wirtschaftsinformatik/Informatik/BWL) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, bzw. mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung.
Umfangreiche praktische Erfahrung in der Product Owner Rolle oder als IT-Projektleitung und in der Steuerung von agilen Teams.
