Director of Product

**Director of Product - Marketing, Retention (all genders)**

We are looking for a Director - Product Marketing (f/m/d) to lead the Customer Science domain within our Consumer Data Products (CDP) tribe. Your mission will be to work with global Retention teams to build, integrate, and deploy the technology behind attracting new and retaining existing customers, driving customer growth and profitability, honing our personalization experience, and helping drive the business through data-driven insights, data science and machine learning.

CDP is a critical global service Delivery Hero provides to its international companies driving outsized impact for an over billion Euro budget. Impact here critically affects the experience of customers and financial results of our 10M+ a day orders.

**Your mission**
- Manage an exceptional product domain consisting of 3 squads (20+ Data Scientists / ML Engineers and Data Engineers) with (Senior) Product Managers & Analysts reporting directly into you
- Own the product strategy for a core part of our Marketing strategy, defining it with inputs from functional owners and our 6 platforms, and driving measurable results in our 40+ countries
- Drive the product roadmap, vision and strategy for Customer Science - existing portfolio include audiences & global segmentation framework (incl. propensity scorings, customer health & loyalty), Next Best Action, CRM incentive optimization and many more
- Work closely with central & local business units to drive the strategy for products such as: customer segmentation & loyalty, incentive optimization and
- You will have a wide variety of product challenges, from highly impactful iterative improvements to green field projects with a high degree of discovery work

**Your heroic skills**:

- 9+ years of relevant professional experience in a Product role / CRM role with product exposure, at least 4 in a leading position, with extensive knowledge of the product craft
- Domain knowledge in CRM / Retention / Engagement marketing is a must
- Experience in working in a global matrix organization is a big plus
- You’re very familiar with the day-to-day of product management, and understand how to develop a good product culture, process and structure.
- You have a good understanding of marketing and business KPIs, and how to translate strategy into action using an OKR framework. You are good at managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
- Strong communication skills, you can get others on board of your ideas
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
