As the Teamlead for Site Reliability Engineering (M/F/d) you will lead a team who is responsible for all processes around maintaining our IoT fleet and cloud infrastructure - from availability, over performance to emergency response and capacity planning.

What can you expect?
You develop scripts to monitor cloud services and to parse the logs, process the messages and to analyze data in order to understand the root cause, moreover you develop scripts to convert information between different data formats
You will be responsible for monitoring IoT systems for performance and reliability issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems as they arise
You identify, document and communicate technical improvements to increase the engineering productivity and quality of the product
You will participate in the incident management process and provide technical support for incident resolutions

What should you bring along?
You have a minimum of 2 years in software engineering and at least 5 years as a lead software engineer (M/F/d)
You have experience with unit testing frameworks and hands-on experience with Linux, working securely in the command line and with GNU tools, working with IoT fleets, industrial messaging brokers, like MQTT, and IoT or embedded Linux variants is a plus
You have a track record of working in an agile setup within a dynamic environment setting up CI/CD testing pipeline (e.g. GitLab CI/CD) to assure high product quality
You are proficient in Python, Git, Git workflows, Docker, REST API as well as HTTP and skilled in Bash scripting, Kafka or another event or message based enterprise middleware is a plus
You are proficient in key networking, like TCP, UDP, DNS, routing, fire walling, NAT and security concepts, and you bring knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, Terragrunt Elasticsearch) as well as industrial hardware (computers and AI accelerators) and cameras (physical understanding of cameras and how they work)

**You have experience using AWS and the following services**: IAM, EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, Kinesis and Route53, experience in AWS Fargate, ECS, Elastic Beanstalk, CloudFront is an advantage
You are experienced in using ideally Postgres or another relational (SQL) DBMS, the knowledge of Elasticsearch and Sentry is a plus
You have a very good command of written and spoken English
