Vertragsart: unbefristet

Ihre Aufgaben
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams im Bereich Content-& Kommunikationsmanagement
- Strategische PR-Planung: Entwicklung und Umsetzung von PR-Strategien zur Steigerung der Unternehmensbekanntheit
- Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Journalisten und Medienvertretern, um eine positive Berichterstattung zu fördern
- Erstellung und Verbreitung von Pressemitteilungen, Artikeln und anderen Veröffentlichungen, die die Unternehmensbotschaften klar und konsistent vermitteln
- Redaktionelle Arbeit für alle zentralen Kommunikationskanäle, z.B. Social Media
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von Redakteuren und Kommunikationsspezialisten
- Koordination und Überwachung von Kommunikationsprojekten

Ihre Qualifikationen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Kommunikationswissenschaften, Public Relations, Journalismus oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der PR, internen Kommunikation oder Content-Erstellung, idealerweise in einer leitenden Position
- Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Pressearbeit, interne Kommunikation sowie Public Relation
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kommunikationsstrategien innerhalb des Unternehmens
- Erfahrung in der Leitung und Entwicklung eines Teams von Kommunikationsspezialisten
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Teamfähigkeit, Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und strategisches Denken
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
