**Job Description**:
**Your mission during this flight**:
- You will be the sparring-partner for Management & Support functions (C-Level, Finance & Legal, People & Organization, Digital & IT) and the functional leads, also advise and guide them on all Finance-related topics
- You will implement automated, scalable and analytical reports to facilitate data driven decision-making across all levels of the organization (especially using BI capabilities)
- You will be responsible for execution of budget & forecasting process for all functions, including regular performance reviews
- You will be responsible for IT & HR controlling, including generating the necessary data through dashboards
- You will analyze internal value chains, just as their cost drivers and ensure together with Corporate Controlling a cause-based cost allocation
- You will accompany the set-up of future legal entities from a transfer pricing perspective. Your main responsibility lies within the calculation and review of intercompany charges, as well as the further development of our transfer pricing framework in close collaboration with the tax team
- You will support our Accounting team by contributing to our monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closure, including accruals and provisions
**Qualifications**:

- Background in Management & Support controlling is desirable, further controlling fields are nice to have
- First project leadership experience is desirable
- A quick grasp and analytical skills as well as a structured and result-oriented way of working. You are open to process thinking and new technologies.
- Your style of working is shaped by personal initiative, good conceptual and intercultural skills, high flexibility and great communication skills and enjoy working in a team
- Experience of transfer pricing framework and calculations are desirable
- You have a minimum IFRS accounting understanding to connect the Financial Statements (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, Equity) and align internal & external reporting requirements
- Experience with BI solutions like Tableau or Power BI
- Degree with a focus on finance, FP&A, or related fields; MBA, PhD, CMA or CPA are a plus
- Fluent in English; fluent in German is an advantage
