Unsere Abteilung Marine Logistics & Supply Chain bei RWE Offshore Wind sucht einen Marine & Logistics Administration Support Officer (m/w), der uns bei administrativen Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit der Verwaltung von Marineprojekten und -anlagen unterstützt.

**Deine Zukunftspläne**:

- Verantwortung für die allgemeine Verwaltung und die von der Abteilung und den Teamleitern verwendeten Systeme
- Du verwaltest Bestellanforderungen und führst SAP 4 HANA-Aufgaben für alle Bereiche innerhalb des Teams aus, wie z.B. die damit verbundenen JUV-Kosten, Transport
- und Hilfsdienste, und bist Ansprechpartner für eingehende Rechnungs
- und Bestellungsanfragen
- Unterstützung der Budgetmanagementprozesse, Kostenkontrolle und enge Zusammenarbeit mit den kaufmännischen Funktionen
- Verwalte das Leistungsmanagement der Schiffe, sammle Daten und erstelle Berichte
- Unterstützung der Teams bei der Verwaltung von Beschaffungs
- und Ausschreibungsverfahren
- Mithilfe bei der Kontrolle und Organisation der Dokumentation für alle Unterteams
- Du stellst sicher, dass alle vorgeschriebenen und zusätzlichen Schulungen innerhalb des Teams auf dem neuesten Stand sind und hilfst bei der Buchung und Verwaltung aller Schulungsanfragen Koordiniere und unterstütze die täglichen Aktivitäten, Ausladungen, Hafenaufenthalte und Besatzungswechsel bei Schiffsprojekten

**Dein Profil**:

- Einschlägiger betriebswirtschaftlicher Hintergrund
- Erfahrung in der Offshore-Windindustrie und/oder im maritimen Projektmanagement von Vorteil
- Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Kenntnisse der betriebswirtschaftlichen Praxis und Software (SAP)
- Kenntnisse der Microsoft-basierten Bürosoftwareanwendungen
- Bereitschaft zu reisen (UK/CE) und für kurze Zeit auf See zu arbeiten
