Our Marine Logistics & Supply Chain department within RWE Offshore Wind is looking for a Marine & Logistics Administration Support Officer supporting us on administrative tasks involved in the management of marine projects and assets.
**Your future plans**:
- Responsibility for general administration and systems used by the department and team leads
- Manage purchase requisitions and execution of SAP 4 HANA tasks for all areas within the team such as associated JUV costs, transportation and auxiliary services acting as the point of contact for inbound invoice and purchase order queries
- Support budget management processes, cost control and work closely with commercial functions
- Administer vessel performance management, collect data and produce reports
- Support the teams in the administration of procurement and tender process
- Assist in the control and organisation of documentation for all sub-teams
- Ensure all mandatory and additional training is kept up to date within the team and assist in booking and managing all training requests
- Coordinate and support daily activities, load-outs, port calls and crew changes for marine projects
**Your profile**:
- A relevant background in business administration
- Experience in the offshore wind industry and/or marine project management beneficial
- Excellent skills of written and spoken English language
- Knowledge of good business administration practice and software (SAP)
- Willingness to travel (UK/CE) and to work offshore for short periods
