Head of Procurement

(m/w/x) in Vollzeit

Deine Aufgaben:

- Du erarbeitest und formulierst die Beschaffungsstrategie für verschiedene Warengruppen
- Du verantwortest das Einkaufsbudget unter Betrachtung aller relevanten KPIs
- Du optimierst Bestellmengen und -zyklen durch eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Data Management und dem Category Management
- Du entwickelst die Prozesse im Procurement weiter und automatisierst diese in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der IT-Abteilung
- Du führst Vertrags
- und Konditionsverhandlungen mit den Lieferanten
- Du unterstützt die weiteren Fachabteilungen im Auswahl
- und Vertragsverhandlungsprozess mit Dienstleistern
- Das alles machst du nicht allein, denn Du übernimmst die Führung für das Procurement-Team
- Du treibst Themen mit Weitblick voran
- Du entwickelst smarte Ziele und KPIs im Procurement und bist für deren Monitoring und Durchsetzung verantwortlich
- Du berichtest direkt an die Geschäftsführung

Das bringst Du mit:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Ausbildung, alternativ langjährige relevante Berufserfahrung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Einkauf, idealerweise in einem E-Commerce
- oder Consumer-Goods-Unternehmen
- Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und Verhandlungssicherheit in Deutsch und Englisch
- Gute Vertrags
- und Rechtskenntnisse
- Analytische Arbeitsweise sowie analytisches Prozessdenken
- Erfahrung in der Personalführung und bewiesene Fähigkeit, effiziente Teams auf
- und auszubauen
- Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Fahrrad-Branchenerfahrung oder Interesse am Thema Fahrrad von Vorteil
- Du triffst gerne selbstständig Entscheidungen und lässt anderen Freiraum
- Ständiges Lernen und Veränderungen sind Dein Antrieb
