Head of Solutions Delivery

**Your mission**:
As the Head of Solutions Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in leading the end-to-end delivery of our innovative solutions to clients globally. You will manage and scale a high-performing team while ensuring seamless implementation, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Your leadership will drive the success of large-scale projects, helping clients achieve their business goals through cutting-edge automation and AI technology.

**Your Responsibility**:

- Lead the Solutions Delivery team, ensuring timely, high-quality implementation of our solutions for clients.
- Define and optimize delivery processes, continuously improving performance and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and technical teams to align on customer requirements and deliverables.
- Oversee the onboarding and support of clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to delivery and ongoing support.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across client accounts.
- Monitor project progress, manage resources, and mitigate risks to ensure projects stay on track.
- Drive team development, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management for the Solutions Delivery team.
- Analyze client feedback and collaborate with the product team to inform future development and innovation.
- Ensure all solutions are delivered in compliance with agreed terms, technical requirements, and budget constraints.

**Your profile**:

- Proven experience in leading solutions delivery or project management teams, particularly in the tech or SaaS space.
- Strong expertise in managing large-scale solution implementations, preferably with automation, AI, or enterprise software solutions.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in solutions delivery, technical consultancy, or a similar role.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and grow a high-performing team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a great plus), with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients and stakeholders.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams.
- Familiarity with automation platforms, AI, and intelligent process automation is highly desirable.
