**Stellenbeschreibung**
Wir suchen einen Nespresso Coffee Advisor (m/w/d), der unser Team verstärkt und unsere Kunden mit Leidenschaft und Fachwissen rund um die Welt des Kaffees begeistert. In dieser Position sind Sie das Gesicht von Elevate und Nespresso und tragen dazu bei, ein unvergessliches Kaffeeerlebnis zu schaffen.
**Wichtig**: Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sind ein absolutes Muss
**Wichtig**: Ein ISO HACCP-Zertifikat ist erforderlich

**Aufgaben**
- Verkaufe Nespresso-Kaffeemaschinen mit Leidenschaft und Fachwissen
- Führe Kaffeebestellungen und Kundenregistrierungen durch
- Berate Kunden zu allen Themen rund um Nespresso und fördere langfristige Kundenbindung
- Halte den Arbeitsbereich (Verkostungsfläche, Nespresso Corner etc.) sauber und einladend
- Verwalte Verkostungsprodukte und Materialien (Kaffee, Servietten, Handschuhe usw.) verantwortungsbewusst
- Baue und pflege ansprechende POS-Displays, um die Marke und aktuelle Angebote zu präsentieren
- Berichte rechtzeitig und genau am Anfang und Ende des Tages über Verkäufe, Bestände und KPIs

**Qualifikationen**
- Leidenschaft für Kaffee und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (obligatorisch)
- Aufgeschlossene, energiegeladene und verkaufsorientierte Persönlichkeit
- Organisierte, zuverlässige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung in Promotion, Verkauf, Events oder Kundenservice ist von Vorteil
- Die Einsatztage sind immer Freitag, Samstag und Montag. Du musst an den Tagen verfügbar sein. Manchmal kommen Dienstage oder Donnerstage hinzu.
