**Job Title**:Part-Time Coffee Advisor - Leading Global Coffee Brand (FTC)
**Contract Type**: Fixed-Term Contract
**Hours**: 40 hours per week
**Start Date**: ASAP
**Locations**: Central Hamburg

Are you passionate about coffee and delivering premium customer experiences? We’re hiring enthusiastic and reliable **Coffee Advisors** to join the retail teams of the largest coffee company globally. This role can be undertaken on a freelance basis, offering you a unique opportunity to become a trusted brand ambassador.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Create memorable tasting moments for customers
- Promote and sell coffee machines and subscriptions
- Assist customer registration via the Trade Mobile App
- Offer expert guidance and build customer loyalty
- Maintain a clean and professional in-store display
- Handle tasting stock, promotional materials, and POSM
- Report key KPIs and inventory accurately and on time
- Join brand training sessions and live retail events

**What You Bring**
- Experience in retail, sales, or barista work (preferred)
- Sales confidence and strong communication skills
- Independent, proactive, and organized work style
- Friendly, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude
- Tech-savvy (iPad usage)
- Fluent German, with good English skills
- Willingness to travel for special events or training

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to 17,00€ per hour

**Experience**:

- Retail: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- German (required)
- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Rote Karte / Gesundheitszeugnis (preferred)
