Das**AI Lab** ist der Innovationstreiber für die **Serviceplan Gruppe** und sorgt dafür, dass wir bei zukunftsweisenden Technologie

**AI-Enthusiast:innen, kreative Masterminds und Tech-Talente**, die für künstliche Intelligenz brennen - ganz gleich, ob als Developer, Product Owner, Creative Workflow Expert:in, Consultant oder Projektmanager:in. Wenn du schon Erfahrung mit AI-Technologien hast oder nachweislich für das Thema brennst und dich in dem Bereich z.B. nebenberuflich schon weitergebildet hast und Agenturerfahrung mitbringst, freuen wir uns auf deine Initiativbewerbung.

**Was wir von dir erwarten**:

- **Leidenschaft für Künstliche Intelligenz** - du brennst für das Thema und verfolgst aktiv aktuelle Entwicklungen.
- **Erfahrung mit AI-Technologien** - z. B. mit LLMs, AI-Tool-Stacks, Automatisierung oder intelligenten Workflows.
- **(Alternativ oder ergänzend)**:Eigeninitiative in der Weiterbildung** - z. B. durch Selbststudium, Nebenprojekte oder Community-Engagement im AI-Bereich.
- **Agenturerfahrung** - idealerweise bringst du Know-how im Agenturumfeld (z. B. Kreation, Media, Strategie oder Tech) mit.
- **Fachliche Ausrichtung in einem der folgenden Bereiche**:
- Development (z. B. AI-Tool-Integration, Prompting, APIs)
- Product Ownership
- Creative Workflow & Plattform-Architektur
- AI Consulting & Technology
- Projektmanagement mit Fokus auf AI-Projekte
- **Interdisziplinäres Denken** - du kannst zwischen Technologie, Kreativität und Business vermitteln
