As **Data and AI Enthusiast (f/m/d)** you proactively promote the portfolio of the Siemens Data and AI Cloud. In this role you guide our customers as a trusted and supportive partner at every stage of their data and AI journey from onboarding through adoption and use expansion. Thus, communicating clearly with customers as well as the AI and data analytics teams is a must to keep a high customer satisfaction and grow our customer base.
- Your focus is on building loyalty to ensure long-term client retention by presenting product information, addressing customer issues and accelerate customer value.

- You are part of an international data and AI analytics team with diverse backgrounds that accelerates Siemens’ path to a data and AI driven company
- You promote a data-driven culture and AI adoption within Siemens
- As part of our team, you act as an ambassador, enabling and promoting the portfolio of the Siemens Data and AI Cloud
- You act as a liaison between the Siemens business and our IT DA team
- You are responsible to align enablement initiatives with organizational goals of IT DA
- You pro-actively identify learning needs and opportunities for our customers and design and implement comprehensive training programs for our portfolio
- Together with the team you engage with our external partner ecosystem to define common enablement initiatives for the Siemens Data and AI Cloud
- You are responsible to lead Data and AI communities and facilitate knowledge
- In alignment with the team, you are responsible to plan, organize and moderate community calls and events (such as Ask Me Anything, and Hackathons)Be a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional agile team**Use your skills to move the world forward.**
- **Education**- A university degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related
- **Experience & Skills**- At least 3 years of experience with ideation, project and demand management including agile methodologies
- You have a clear understanding of cloud-native technologies and platforms as well as data analytics and AI technologies
- Knowledge of the Siemens Data and AI Cloud, the Siemens Data Policies as well as the Data Governance Framework is preferable
- Strong experience in communication and presentation, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex tasks
- **Ways of working**- Proven track record on building strong client empathy and ability in understanding their requirements and translate them into a solution with high customer value
- Proactive, adaptable, and taking initiative to get things done
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in an agile environment
- Strong experience in prioritizing multiple assignments and deadlines
- You are a real team player
- **Languages**- Very good command of English
- German is a plus
