- Creating and implementing strategic sourcing projects for the respective purchasing categories
- Managing the cost improvement projects and initiatives based on the opportunity analysis, cross-countries synergies
- Challenge the business needs, specifications, and routines by active cooperation with other functions (Manufacturing, HR, Logistics and Finance)
- Use the relevant procurement tools and negotiation technics appropriate to the specific purchasing categories
- Reporting, managing, and tracking the procurement savings
- Maintaining and developing the supplier relationship, including Quality and service level agreements, contracts management

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, supply chain, engineering or similar
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience
- Understanding business process
- Fluent German and English
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and to work autonomously on dedicated categories
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and supplier capabilities
