To strengthen our field service team, we are looking for an ambitious and motivated person to start as soon as possible.

**Location**: Any EMEA BSC HUB country (Germany or Netherlands preferred, Spain, Italy, France or UK) with a remote work mode and a commutable distance to the airport.

**Your Tasks**:

- Field Repair, maintenance and installation of capital equipment in clinical settings across EMEA
- Implementation of technical troubleshooting for Capital Equipment, with a focus on Surgical holmium lasers.
- Advanced international second level support for surgical lasers for both Boston Scientific teams and approved Distributors in the EMEA region
- Interface with global service organization and product management to report product problems and customer requirements, including production of technical reports
- Home office based, about 80% of time on customer site

**Your Profile**:

- Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, medical technology or similar or a successfully completed relevant training
- Min. 10 years of professional experience as a Senior Field Service Engineer, in the field of medical technology surgical laser - with Lumenis Holmium laser experience
- Strong customer orientation and very good communication skills (verbal & written)
- High travel activity and flexibility
- Reliability and extremely conscientious working methods with very high quality standards
- Good IT skills (MS Office, ServiceMax, SAP etc)
