Our client is a global medical device company, the leader in innovative solutions and specializing in musculoskeletal to improve patient mobility.

**-- MISSION --**

The Sales Representative will be responsible for the performance and development of all activities related to Sales in the Baden-Württemberg area**.**

**-- RESPONSIBILITIES --**
- Working autonomously to achieve agreed business targets by both developing new business opportunities and retention;
- Participate in elaborating a plan and strategy to develop the CRM and expand the business;
- Participate in several events related to the business such as fairs, presentations, surgical/theatre participation, workshops, and training related to the development of the business;
- Participates in training and educational programs for customers;
**-- REQUIREMENTS --**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Sales Administration, Business or equivalent work experience.
- 4 + years of experience in Sales management
- Previous experience in technical sales
- Previous experience in training or assisting clients with the products
- Fluent or Native German
- Good level of English
- Excellent communicator
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market intelligence
- Proven leadership and ability to drive customer decision
- Able to work independently and plan
- Previous experience in orthopedics/spine / trauma preferred
- Knowledge of customer needs and customer-centric
- Travelling is requested to the Baden-Württemberg area
