**The Role**

The Inside Sales representative will be working in the DACH Supply and Service team actively supporting the growing of the Aftermarket business.

This is an office-based/remote commercial role requiring direct sales to customer with the management of a portfolio of customers.

**What you will do**:

- Build and maintain productive relationships with customers.
- Proactive interactions from onboarding to installed base refresh.
- Set appointments and visit customers when required.
- Act as main point of contact for customers regarding Aftermarket business.
- Support customers with consumable forecasts.
- Identify opportunities for new business within assigned accounts and recover lost business/customers.
- Contractual services and consumable aftermarket quoting/offering/renewing.
- Customer’s visit when needed.
- Proactive coordination with sales/technical departments.
- Work towards KPI’s and achieve quarterly sales quotas.
- Run reports and perform analysis to drive sales actions.

**What you need to have**:

- Proven inside sales experience.
- Good selling skills over the phone.
- Knowledge of consultative sales techniques and value selling.
- SAP (SD Module), a plus.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Fluency in French, a plus.
- Good communication skills.
- Results driven and customer-oriented.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Being able to work under pressure, problem solving, teamworking.
