**What's the role?**:
You support our engineers in the creation of video repair instructions, maintain our learning platform up-to-date, engage the community of repair technicians, and support the translation of our contents.

**What does the role involve?**:
As the person responsible for media support, you will be part of the global After Market Service (AMS) Engineering team. You will support the creation of video repair instructions in all stages of the process: design of repair video concepts, filming, editing, and subtitling; always keeping the needs of our internal customers, our repair technicians, in mind. Furthermore, you are responsible for the content management on our learning platform. You keep our content up-to-date, well structured, accessible, and translated. You keep in touch with our repair technicians to make sure our efforts are in line with their needs.

**What you need is**:
- Knowledge and skills in audiovisual communication acquired through film, media or relevant other studies
- Basic technical understanding of tools is a plus
- Experience with video-editing is required, experience with web-site creation, subtitling and translations is a plus
- Enthusiasm to learn, a proactive approach and self-reliant personality
- Strong communication skills, with excellent English and interpersonal skills; an additional language proficiency in German, Italian, Spanish, French, or Polish is an advantage
