**What's the role?**:
As a Project Manager, you are responsible from the technology maturity (product & production) of a new product to a successful launch in the markets. You manage interdisciplinary project teams with full responsibility on manufacturing costs, on-time delivery, quality and project budget. By orchestrating all the different functions, you create a creative, out of the box thinking atmosphere and an open trustful working environment.

**What does the role involve?**:
We are looking for an experienced Project Leader who can cope with complex and strategic projects. This role is highly important to our business and does include to lead an interdisciplinary team along side the whole journey from developing the business idea up to generating sales. Not only your communication skills are outstanding, but you are also always having an overview of everything, and you can bring internal and external stakeholder along with you at every step. This means to understand customer needs to create a product system vision. This includes defining project goals, ensuring performance in terms of value proposition, quality, costs, project timeline and budget.
To warrant that the project always runs in the best conditions possible you are familiar with project management techniques e.g., agile and stage gate. Additionally, you have best knowledge in requirements engineering to balance the customer and stakeholder needs thus customer added value is generated. Moreover, operational excellence and continuous improvement are part of your inner drive. To sum up your profile you are experienced in leading international and cross-unit projects as wells as synchronising different streams in a program.

- Completed university degree or further education with technical or chemical background
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience managing complex projects in a technical environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to lead the way in complex situations with high affinity to technical, supply, marketing, and quality topics
- Structured person with the ability to reduce complexity and drive decisions at calculated risk
- High motivation and own drive to outdo oneself
- Leadership skills and good presentation skills
- Wide experience in stakeholder management
