**What does the role involve?**:
As a graduate (M/F/d), you will have the opportunity to join the technical project management for electric drive systems and provide technical leadership to an interdisciplinary team. You will be responsible for defining, developing, evaluating and selecting technical drive and electronics concepts in cooperation with internal and external partners. In addition, you will be responsible for planning resources, costs and deadlines and ensuring that targets are met. You will oversee the production and testing of experimental samples and ensure that the project complies with internal and external standards and regulations. In addition, you will support technical risk management and be responsible for qualification and support of the Early Warning System.

As the technical lead of a cross-functional or cross-divisional team, your responsibilities will also include scheduling and budgeting. You enjoy demonstrating and developing your management skills. This developmental position offers you the opportunity to demonstrate and develop your leadership skills.

- First professional experience in the development and implementation of electronic power electronics, ideally for Powertools
- Completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics or related disciplines
- Strong teamwork and communication skills in an international environment
- Initial experience in technical project management is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English; German is optional
