Would you like to support our Insights & Performance team with challenging tasks? Would you like to gain diverse insights from data and insights generation in a global pharmaceutical company? Than we have just the right job for you as a working student Insights & Performance in our team.
We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and organized individual to join our Insights & Performance team to support the team on large-scale data and insights generation projects and to drive smaller-scale projects independently. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience of working in a cross-functional and international team at headquarter level and contribute to raising the external profile and presence of our Specialty Medicines Business Division (cardiovascular therapeutic area) with both commercial and public audiences.

**Key responsibilities**:
Provide operational support to the Insigths & Performance team:
- Assist in organizing data, insights and results facilitation within the business devision (at brand level)
- Support the creation, referencing and uploading of non-promotional project materials, as to secure compliance aspect in using material prior to generating insights
- Help support performing regular pan-European social media screening for own and competitor brands
- Support in project management for market and customer analysis
**Personal skills and professional experience**:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Economics, Marketing or a related field
- Skills to organize, coordinate and execute on details, while keeping the big picture in sight
- Hands-on mentality, proactive mindset, ability to work on several topics at the same time, openness to gain experience in all areas of Marketing & Commercial Excellence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, additional language is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and/or cardiovascular therapeutic area is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
