As the **Working Student Business Management** (M/F/d) you will support the rapid growth of the NTT DATA GDC EMEA organization. You will be providing management support through organizing both virtual and on-site meetings, travel bookings, and acting as interface for various ad hoc employee and management questions. Moreover, you will use your (university acquired) skills to support with internal communication improvement initiatives. This varies from drafting newsletters, preparing presentations for a varied group of stakeholders, and setting up community team building events.

You will be a central point of contact for Operations together with our Team Assistant who will show you the ins and outs of becoming a star team player in your role as a Working Student.

**What you will do**
- Assist with team event planning through various responsibilities such as ensuring catering is on site, access granted for internals and externals, distributing agenda’s, ensuring travel is booked and arranging team building activities. These events can either be locally in Frankfurt or remote planning for different locations throughout EMEA
- Booking and arranging flights and accommodation on request from senior management functions, using the NTT DATA tools for travel bookings. Be the go-to-person for any questions regarding travel bookings or last-minute changes
- Purchase Orders: onboard new suppliers to our procurement system, check incoming workwear purchase orders to ensure they comply with the process and eligibility criteria, be the central contact person for any PO/workwear related questions
- Continuously improve our internal reporting (e.g. templates) and suggesting possibilities for optimising our various reporting tools as well as data analytics
- Handle access requests through Salesforce for employees that visit our various data centers across EMEA
- Event Center scheduling: being the point of contact for upcoming events and meetings in FRA1 including room reservation, informing guest service, granting access to site with internals and externals, and other tasks related to meeting organization
- Distribution lists monitoring: adding and removing staff from existing distribution lists for various sites and teams

**What we are looking for**
- Currently enrolled in University degree in business administration, communication studies, event management or comparable
- Desired are experiences in corporate environments, ideally in the IT industry
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Power Point, Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Strong affinity for learning various new digital tools and systems and quickly finding your way
- Solution-oriented and pro-active approach for improvement opportunities
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Strong analytical, numeric and communication skills
- Business fluency in English and German is essential, additional languages would be desirable
