**JOB DESCRIPTION** CIB Operations - COO Office - Governance Working Student (all genders) - Emerging Talent Program**

**Overview**

The COO Office supports the JPMSE Head of OOT (Head of Operations, Outsourcing & Technology) across the full functional remit (Operations, Regulatory Reporting, Outsourcing, Technology, Resiliency and Data Governance) with matters relating to Boards governance, regulatory reporting, Audit and Regulatory engagement quality assurance.

**Opportunity**

We are looking for a highly motivated Working Student (all genders) for 19 h/week during the semester, full-time during study breaks on-site in Frankfurt to join the JPMSE OOT Governance team for a duration of 9-12 months.

**Responsibilities**
- Internal / External Audit related Activities - Provide support for the coordination of the audit fieldwork and contribute to the audit follow-up and monitoring process for the remediation of audit findings and observations
- Regulatory related Examination Topics - Provide support for audit fieldwork and contribute to the quality assurance of OOT related documentation
- Governance Activities - Support the preparation of the monthly and quarterly governance meetings (incl. Control Fora, Management Board and Audit Committee) and contribute to meetings with senior management, regulatory authorities etc.
- Prepare materials for review and other ad-hoc presentations to communicate to a broader audience
- Supporting and partnering with Operations functional managers. Fostering partnerships with internal stakeholders from Operations, Technology, Outsourcing, Regulatory Reporting, Resiliency, Audit, Compliance and CIB Controls and Oversight teams

**Essential Skills**
- Currently enrolled studies in a Bachelors or Master’s degree programme in Business Administrations, Finance, Economics or similar
- Self-starting team player, hardworking and eager to learn
- Reliability and hands-on mentality
- Attention to detail
- Strong MS Office Skills
- Fluency in English is a prerequisite. Fluency in German is a plus.
