**JOB DESCRIPTION**
JP Morgan Business Management Team in Frankfurt is looking for highly motivated Working Student to join its Payments team in the office on-site for 19 hours/week during the semester and fulltime during University holidays. Program duration is one year.

Our team members and mentors will help you navigate the firm and continue to learn about our businesses. Access to senior management and a strong network of peers will promote ongoing professional development.
We're looking for adaptable, accurate, enthusiastic Student who thrive under pressure and in a team with a demonstrated interest in finance, business administration, treasury and cash management.

**Job Summary**:
As a Working Student - Payments Business Management - Emerging Talent Program you will assist with regular performance reporting and data analysis for various strategic initiatives. This role provides an opportunity to develop strong analytical skills, presentation skills, and the ability to take on early responsibility and manage your own projects.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist with regular performance reporting of Financials, Costs, Control items and project status to the EEA / EMEA Senior Management and the JPMSE Management Board.
Help to define and update annual Business Strategy Document for Payments.
Assist with data analysis for various strategic initiatives, including revenue and expense analysis, client profitability etc.
Support of annual audits (internal & external).

**Required qualification, capabilities and skills**:
Exceptional analytical and presentation skills
Familiarity with business fundamentals
Ability to quickly solve problems on your own and with a team
Enthusiasm, energy and a drive to succeed
A collaborative mindset and willingness to partner and work on a team
The confidence and initiative to take on early responsibility and manage your own projects
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Fluency in English and German
