About Us Platform engineering is revolutionizing how enterprises build and run their cloud-native setups. Humanitec is at the core of this revolution, enabling teams to build Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) and reach true developer self-service. Through our community-led efforts ( platformengineering.org, PlatformCon ) and roster of enterprise customers, we are hitting an inflection point in the adoption of IDPs. We are looking to aggressively scale the team to meet the increasing demand.
As Senior Demand Generation Lead you will build a top-performing inbound funnel across all our social (Twitter, LinkedIn) and community (Slack, Meetup) channels. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to test and scale strategic community initiatives and will report on all key top-funnel metrics. You’ll work in a remote, dynamic environment at the forefront of B2B SaaS marketing. This is a senior position reporting directly to the head of marketing. We pay a top 5% industry salary, stocks are part of the package. Requirements
3+ years of B2B marketing experience ( dev tooling and DevOps SaaS a big plus )
Experience building and scaling multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid social, SEM, SEO). Experience with Twitter and LinkedIn Ads required
Extremely data-driven and confident analyzing and presenting data
Experience building strong developer communities is a big plus
Deep understanding of funnel building
Proven track record of driving innovative growth tactics
Native or very fluent English, especially written
Preferably in time-zones UTC-1 to UTC+3 Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for testing and scaling new paid campaigns, across all our channels.
You’ll be responsible for growing the lead count and for the quality of MQLs handed over to sales.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to design and implement top-funnel tactics and community initiatives.
