We are looking for a Senior Demand Planner whose primary responsibility will be managing the forecast for all our brands. It will be the Senior Demand Planner responsibility to implement a process for regularly updating forecasts and leading cross-functional alignment.

Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to
- Forecast accuracy through the development and maintenance of robust demand forecasts: you will be the primary expert regarding forecasts and will advise on how various demand events impact sales and inventory
- Analysis of factors that impact demand for products across our assets (i.e., category trends, promotions, seasonality, retail demand, competitor products)
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement a Sales and Operations Planning process
- Lead cross-functional meetings to align brand, finance, and supply chain teams to gather and incorporate quantitative and qualitative information to maintain an accurate demand plan
- Develop accurate new launch forecasts in conjunction with brand managers for new products
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to maintain appropriate inventory and report on in-stock among other metrics
- Continually resolve any issues that arise with forecasting inaccuracies, identifying the source, and leading all actions to ensure continuous improvement.
- Developing more junior members of the team

**A successful team member will have**
- BA/BS in an analytical field or equivalent experience; MBA/MS desirable
- 5+ years of related experience, including advanced use of a forecasting system
- Experience of building systems
- Experience working with large volumes of data and experience in quantitative analytics a must
- Strong analytical aptitude with a proven ability to analyze/interpret data and build quantitative models to address business problems with imperfect information
- Excellent oral and written skills, organizational and time-management abilities, effective inter-personal skills, and the ability to work with team members across all organizational levels
- Flexibility and adaptability to the demands and requirements of a fast-paced environment with multiple demands and priorities
- Excellent creative thinking skills with emphasis on developing innovative solutions to complex problems that may not have one clear answer
- Ability to read and write beginner SQL queries desired
