About the Position

As Lead Venture Architect you are highly involved in our venture projects and deliver innovation at the highest quality level. You work closely with our venture partners and develop new strategies and projects with a consumer-centric approach. You are a project leader of a diverse team of Venture Architects with various backgrounds, but also highly involved in individual projects. Key qualification for this position is the ability to take responsibility in a team and project management tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree, MBA or similar higher degree in the field of Business Administration or similar
- 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, project management or start-up development
- Very good knowledge in project management
- Knowledge in idea management, ideally in company building
- Ability to cooperate with customers
- Technical affinity
- Exceptional analytical skills (e.g. drawing conclusions from market research)
- A sustainable and proactive way of working is explicitly desired
- German at native speaker level, very good English skills

Your tasks
- Project work for our ventures in the phases Ideation, Conception, Incubation and Growth
- Identification of new trends and technologies
- Identification and evaluation of new business ideas
- Conception and market entry strategy of new business models
- Quality assurance of the product
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Interface to the venture partner
