**Your mission**:
After targeted and comprehensive induction training by your mentor and our induction team, you will support the project management in
- Implementation, planning and management of ERP projects using agile methods
- Coordination, realisation and moderation of meetings and workshops
- On
- and offboarding of project employees
- Contact person for external parties and the project team
- Checking and approving project-related working hours, expenses and invoices (invoice preparation)
- Budget controlling as well as status and task monitoring
- Creation and maintenance of various project-related documents
- Internal project communication
- Coordination of various stakeholders in projects, e.g. also freelancers
- Interface to internal stakeholders such as financial accounting, project accounting and travel management

**Your profile**:

- A desire and interest in familiarising yourself with new tasks and IT topics in order to support our customers in implementing their digitalisation requirements is an advantage
- Confident handling of the MS Office package
- Commercial understanding
- Solution and service orientation
- Independent, structured and careful way of working
- Very good organisational and conceptual skills
- Initiative and pragmatic approach
- Enjoy team and project work
- Very good German and good English skills

Nice to have:

- Experience in project management in agile projects are desirable
- Initial experience in the introduction of ERP systems
