**The role**:
Forget Finance empowers everyone to worry less about finance and create a more joyful life. With that purpose, we are building a personal financial coach that holistically simplifies and automates your finances. We received €4.2m funding from top-tier VCs and business angels to achieve our ambitious goal: Guide and manage the financial life of 10 million millennials by 2030.
As CCO, you will be responsible for Forget Finance's business development & go-to-market. You will work at eye level with both founders and our investors. We are looking for a superstar with experience in bringing (B2C) startups from zero to Seed/Series-A or similar as a business co-founder, head of business, or CMO. **Your responsibilities**:

- Own and be responsible for the company’s overall demand generation (all marketing and commercial/partnership activities).
- Responsible for business model refinement and definition and execution of commercial strategy.
- Work at eye level with our two co-founders (and our investors) to define and execute strategic initiatives.
- Continue to develop a data and KPI-driven environment to monitor, evaluate, and optimize the performance of our marketing activities.
- Ensure that every interaction with our company, product or brand is on message, meets high-quality standards, and leaves people with a positive impression.
- Develop and execute product marketing, content marketing, CRM, social media, and PR initiatives.

**About you**:

- You have an unwavering entrepreneurial drive with a proven track record of building and scaling successful companies.
- You bring along a diverse toolkit of skills with a focus on growth and business modelling.
- You possess a hands-on attitude and a willingness to take on tasks outside of your area of expertise.
- You show daily resilience paired with a strong ambition to create something generational.
- You have exceptional business strategy and project management skills, with prior experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (fintech experience preferred but not required).
- You gained experience in managing and scaling high-performing teams, with outstanding people management skills.
- You are passionate about fintech, particularly about solving the generational problem of prospective old-age poverty.
- An academic background in business or marketing can be an advantage.
- Expertise in legal administration and regulations in the fintech industry is a plus.
