**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sicherstellung der Compliance am Standort durch Prüfung der Übereinstimmung von Herstellungs-/ Kontrollverfahren mit Zulassungsunterlagen
- Bewertung des regulatorischen Einflusses produktbezogener Änderungsanträge und Koordination der Maßnahmen
- Steuerung regulatorischer Aktivitäten am Standort bei relevanten Änderungen
- Organisation von Standort
- und globalen Meetings.
- Unterstützung der QA bei Änderungsumsetzungen durch bereichsübergreifende Kommunikation von Zeitplänen und Genehmigungsstatus
- Bereitstellung regulatorischer Expertise für Standortprojekte (neue Produkte, Prozesstechnologien, kontinuierliche Verbesserungen)
- Mitwirkung am Änderungsmanagement von Transferprojekten mittels regulatorischer Fachkenntnisse zu bestehenden Produktdossiers
- Erstellung von CMC-Dossiers zur Einreichung, Übersetzung in konsistente Sprache und Terminologie
- Unterstützung weltweiter Zulassungen (Gebietserweiterungen, Verlängerungen, Standortregistrierungen/-übertragungen, Neueinreichungen) durch CMC-Dokumente und GMP-Unterlagen
- Koordination und Nachverfolgung regulatorischer Anfragen im Zusammenhang mit Einreichungen
- Vorbereitung von Antworten auf Behördenfragen
- Schnittstelle zu globalen/ lokalen Regulatory-Affairs-Teams für QA/Produktion
- Mitwirkung an SOPs mit regulatorischem Bezug
- Beitrag zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung regulatorischer Prozesse sowie die Unterstützung bei Inspektionen und Audits als Fachexperte
- Nutzung und Optimierung firmeneigener Software-Tools zur Verwaltung regulatorischer Aktivitäten

**Ihr Profil**:

- Ph.D. oder Master in einem naturwissenschaftlichen oder gesundheitsbezogenen Fachgebiet (z. B. Chemie, Pharmazie, Pharmakologie, Biologie, Biotechnologie) oder gleichwertige technische CMC-Erfahrung
- Sehr gute GMP-Kenntnisse
- 1-5 Jahre direkte regulatorische CMC-Erfahrung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich)
- Erfahrungen im regulatorischen Umfeld von Vorteil
- Technische Fähigkeiten: Kenntnisse über chemische und biologische Produkte vorteilhaft
- Kenntnisse globaler Vorschriften und Richtlinien sowie aktueller Trends von Gesundheitsbehörden und Industrie von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit internen Datenmanagementsystemen und Dokumentationstools
