**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sicherstellung der regulatorischen Compliance
- Überprüfen, ob Herstellungs
- und Kontrollverfahren mit genehmigten Zulassungsdossiers übereinstimmen
- Bewertung und Bestimmung der regulatorischen Auswirkungen produktbezogener Änderungen
- Koordination regulatorischer Aktivitäten am Standort durch lokale Meetings und globale Zusammenarbeit
- Förderung bereichsübergreifender Kommunikation zu weltweiten regulatorischen Zeitplänen und Genehmigungsstatus zur Unterstützung der QA-Implementierung
- Bereitstellung regulatorischer Expertise für neue Prozess technologies und Verbesserungsprojekte
- Unterstützung von Transferprojekten mit regulatorischen Einblicken in vorhandene Produktdossiers
- Erstellung von CMC-Regulierungsdokumenten in konsistenter Sprache und optimierter Terminologie
- Unterstützung globaler Zulassungen durch Bereitstellung von CMC-Dokumenten und Sammlung standortbezogener GMP-Unterlagen
- Verwaltung regulatorischer Anfragen nach Dossieränderungen oder neuen Registrierungen
- Entwicklung von Antworten der Gesundheitsbehörden in Zusammenarbeit mit Standortexperten
- Schnittstelle zwischen Global/Affiliate Regulatory Affairs und Standort QA/Herstellung
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung regulatorischer Prozesse und Effizienz
- Bereitstellung von Fachexpertise während Inspektionen und Audits
- Nutzung firmeninterner Software-Tools zur Verwaltung regulatorischer Aktivitäten

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Naturwissenschaften (z. B. Chemie, Pharmazie, Biotechnologie) oder gleichwertige Qualifikation, idealerweise Ph.D. oder Master
- Technischer pharmazeutischer CMC-Hintergrund wünschenswert
- 1-5 Jahre Erfahrung im regulatorischen CMC-Bereich
- Sehr gute GMP Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich)
- Erfahrungen im regulatorischen Umfeld von Vorteil
- Technische Fähigkeiten: Kenntnisse über chemische und biologische Produkte vorteilhaft
- Kenntnisse globaler Vorschriften und Richtlinien sowie aktueller Trends von Gesundheitsbehörden und Industrie von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit internen Datenmanagementsystemen und Dokumentationstools
